Oatmeal Waffle

Don't become addicted like us.


1 cup Oat flour (if you can't buy oat flour, simply grind some oats up in a bullet blender device)

1/2 cup Rolled oats

1 Teaspoon cinnamon

2 Teaspoons baking powder

3 Tablespoons maple syrup

pinch of salt

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

2 Lightly beaten large eggs

3/4 Cup milk

1/4 Cup softened butter


1Combine the oat flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, salt and the baking powder in a large mixing bowl.

2Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add in the milk, butter, vanilla, maple syrup and beaten eggs.

3Preheat the waffle iron to a medium setting and lightly oil it with cooking spray.

4Add the desired amount of waffle batter to your iron, close the lid and wait! Ours took approximately 4 minutes to cook using the Smart Waffle TM.

5To serve, sprinkle an additional small amount of maple syrup onto the waffle and allow it to soak in as the waffle cools slightly.

6Savor the flavor.
